Yoga comes to us from the Sanskrit root word yuz



Yoga is a family of ancient spiritual a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline that originated in India. The origins of yoga have been speculated to date back to pre-Vedic Indian traditions. The word yoga comes to us from the Sanskrit root word "yuz".
